Job Description - Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, assisting with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Collaborate with account managers to develop and implement strategies for client accounts - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address inquiries and concerns - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization - Monitor client accounts for any issues or discrepancies and proactively address them - Work collaboratively with other team members to meet client needs and deadlines - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients


Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Leadership skills to take initiative and drive projects forward - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
