Job Description - Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Plains GP Holdings is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to the account management team, assisting with client communication, account maintenance, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
