Job Description - Account Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


Unum Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative working remotely in Auckland, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, dedicated, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent support to account managers and clients - Assist with account management tasks such as data entry, reporting, and correspondence - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
