Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity in Auckland, NZ. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual with excellent cooperation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or complaints. 2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Input customer information and update databases with accurate information. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns addressed. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a remote work environment. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace for conducting calls. 7. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of reliability and motivation in a remote work setting.
