Casey’s General Stores is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Associate in a remote work capacity. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding products and services - Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers to meet their needs - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Resilient attitude and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
