Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution. 3. Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database. 4. Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 6. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills. 7. Adhering to a flexible work schedule to accommodate peak call volumes.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles preferred. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating through multiple programs simultaneously.
