Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a passionate and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Upsell products and services to meet sales targets - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
