Potentia is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including optimizing workflows and processes. - Monitor and analyze call center KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Train and mentor call center staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in customer interactions. - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: - Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of delivering results. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Reliable and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
