Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Constellation Brands, a global leader in the beverage alcohol industry, is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time role is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in a call center environment, who possesses strong strategic planning abilities and impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote call center team, including managing scheduling, performance metrics, and employee development. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team success. - Monitor call center performance through data analysis and regular reporting to senior management. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of remote call center agents, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve call center operations.

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role. - Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team remotely. - Proficiency in call center software and technology, with the ability to adapt to new systems. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
