Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the call center operations including customer service, telemarketing, and technical support - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness of call center processes - Train, mentor, and supervise call center staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center management role - Proven track record of success in managing and leading call center teams - Energetic and independent personality with a strong work ethic - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and call center software systems - Ability to work remotely and maintain high level of productivity - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
