Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Call Center Manager to join our team at Vend. This is a remote work position based in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time role with mid-to-senior level seniority, we are seeking a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in call center management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team targets are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in call center management - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Motivated and self-driven attitude
