Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Fannie Mae in a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As a part-time Call Center Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center team and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided. This position is ideal for someone with 8 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor call center metrics and performance goals, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
