Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Harley-Davidson is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This position offers the flexibility of remote work on a part-time basis, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within the call center. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for call center staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management. 2. Strong negotiation skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
