Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Auckland, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking and resourceful.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Process customer orders and documentation accurately and efficiently. 5. Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals. 8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 4. Strong presentation skills. 5. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 8. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 9. Must be located in Auckland, NZ.
