Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a confident and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner - Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns - Update customer records in the database accurately and in a timely manner - Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service - Collaborate with team members to achieve call center goals and targets - Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide the best possible solutions - Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

Requirements: - Confident communication skills, both verbal and written - Motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computers and various software applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
