Job Description:
Eight360 is seeking a hardworking and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve inquiries and issues - Utilize effective decision-making skills to appropriately escalate customer concerns - Use persuasive communication to promote company products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow - Stay informed on company policies, products, and procedures
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Persuasive and confident communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Must be available to work flexible hours as required
