Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rite Aid is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role who are confident, energetic, and possess excellent planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
