Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a reliable and independent Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Graybar Electric. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve overall service quality.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or support roles. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. 3. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and technology platforms. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 5. Reliable internet connection and comfortable working from a remote location. 6. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
