Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chat Support Manager to join our team at Monsanto. This is a part-time remote position based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure agents are providing accurate and timely information - Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Oversee scheduling and staffing for the chat support team - Provide regular reports to management on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong analytical skills to interpret chat data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management systems
