Job description:

As a Chat Support Officer at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, your primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service and support to clients through online chat platforms. You will need to be confident in your communication skills and dedicated to resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat platforms - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service - Assist with research and planning to improve customer support processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Confident and articulate communication skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Strong planning and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer and typing skills - High school diploma or equivalent
