Norfolk Southern is seeking a talented and reliable Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, with a strong background in providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving - Provide product information and guidance on various services offered by the company - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
