We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our team at HCA Holdings. This is a remote work position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, with part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support 2. Assist customers with product or service-related questions and issues 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic 2. Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace 3. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues 4. Creative problem-solving abilities 5. Previous experience in customer service or chat support roles is preferred
