Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate-level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests - Maintain a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in communication with clients - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive client information - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and service delivery

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong strategic planning and adaptability skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience using chat support platforms or software - Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
