Job Description - Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Choice, a leading technology company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a highly motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a positive customer experience. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the team lead. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
