Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Figured is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, and possess excellent persuasion and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating through our software and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but strong communication skills are a must - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and drive solutions - Innovative mindset to contribute new ideas and approaches to enhance customer support - Familiarity with chat support platforms and customer relationship management tools is a plus
