Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Vesper Marine, a leading maritime technology company based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for remote work. As an Associate Level team member, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service via email, phone, and online chat - Assisting with client onboarding and training processes - Monitoring client accounts and ensuring timely payments - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyzing client feedback and proactively addressing any concerns or issues - Assisting with marketing campaigns targeted towards existing clients - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
