Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

XPO Logistics is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a remote work position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns, as well as coordinating with internal teams to address any issues or requests. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and hardworking, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Client Relations Manager will also be responsible for managing client contracts, tracking client feedback, and analyzing client data to improve our services. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
