Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


Delek US Holdings is seeking a confident and dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Auckland, Auckland, NZ. As an Entry Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes - Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and areas for improvement - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent people management skills - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment - Confidence in dealing with clients and resolving issues - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
