Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Jones Financial, a leading financial services company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. 2. Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and video conferences, to ensure their needs are met. 3. Develop creative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver timely solutions. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand client behavior and tailor communication accordingly. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM system with relevant information. 7. Assist in organizing events and seminars to promote client retention and loyalty. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving quarterly client retention goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, sales, or a customer-facing role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions. 5. Emotional intelligence to navigate complex client relationships. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
