Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Republic Services. This is a part-time, entry-level position that will be based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. The role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Conduct presentations to demonstrate product offerings and capabilities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor and report on client feedback and satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong strategic planning skills to develop effective client engagement strategies - Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
