Job Description - Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote and based in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and possess strong presentation and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Monitor and track client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services to existing clients - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs - Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
