Job Description:
Nike is seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Wellington, New Zealand.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives. - Implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts, driving revenue and profitability. - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to provide updates, guidance, and support. - Track and report on client interactions, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing concerns. - Assist in the development of marketing materials and client communications, ensuring consistency and accuracy. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation and success.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field. - Motivated and energetic personality, with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills, able to effectively navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn new technology quickly. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
