Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, this position requires at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively - Provide support to clients in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Track and analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of clients - Adaptability and people management soft skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
