Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


State Street Corp. is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant for remote work in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This entry-level position is part-time and does not require any prior experience in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client service support remotely, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis - Participate in profit sharing initiatives to achieve financial goals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs - Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of professionalism


Requirements: - Must be passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
