Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service roles, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Provide guidance and support to junior client service team members as needed - Analyze client data and feedback to continuously improve our processes and offerings - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and strengthen client relationships

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service roles, preferably in a related industry - Driven and independent personality traits with a strong focus on achieving client satisfaction - Excellent people management and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Availability to work part-time hours on a remote basis
