Client Service Officer - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team at United Natural Foods. This is a part-time, remote position based in Auckland, NZ, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level professional, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy of information, timely updates, and efficient communication. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless delivery of services. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 5. Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback to continuously improve customer experience. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for management to showcase client feedback, satisfaction levels, and business opportunities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in a client service or customer-facing role for at least 3 years. 2. Strong communication skills with a persuasive and adaptable approach. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. 4. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for client management and communication. 5. Reliable and hardworking with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
