Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Xerox, a global leader in business process and document management solutions, is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a remote work position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on Xerox products and services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests and projects - Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices - Assist in the coordination and execution of client events and promotional activities - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or customer support role - Driven and resilient personality traits to handle client inquiries and maintain positive relationships - Strong strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - People management skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
