Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at Valero Energy. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed. 5. Provide accurate and timely reporting on client interactions and key performance metrics. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
