Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers remote work opportunities for individuals based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to clients - Assist in developing client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
