Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

LanzaTech is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to develop their career in client service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
