Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

EOG Resources is seeking a confident and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, while working collaboratively with colleagues from across the globe.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through various communication channels to address inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to coordinate the resolution of issues and ensure smooth communication. 4. Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to upsell products and services to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and update customer information in the database. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the client experience. 7. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contributing to a global village mentality and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and within a team. 5. Confidence in engaging with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. 6. Demonstrated creativity and persuasion skills. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
