Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, policy information, and other service-related requests. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently. 5. Utilize various software applications to accurately document client interactions and maintain records. 6. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. 9. Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with a team. 6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
