Job Description:
Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Specialist to join our remote team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online communication - Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities - Stay current on industry trends and updates to better serve clients - Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve processes for client service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
