Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Assist clients with product recommendations, sizing, and general product information - Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues and escalations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to clients - Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional negotiation skills and keen attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in basic computer skills and navigating various software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
