Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive support - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Prepare and deliver reports on client accounts, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - 5+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically to solve problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely and managing a virtual team - Knowledge of the reinsurance industry is a plus
