Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Officer to join our team at D.R. Horton. This is a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Use strategic planning to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions - Work closely with team members to ensure a high level of service delivery - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet deadlines and targets set by management


Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to providing top-notch support - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
