Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Officer to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange. This is a remote work position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist clients with policy renewals, claims processing, and other insurance-related tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning to prioritize tasks and achieve team goals - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - A cooperative attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
