Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team at Vesper Marine. This is a remote part-time position based in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Entry Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Ensure client satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving any issues promptly - Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and concerns - Research industry trends and competitor products to provide informed support to clients - Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and wants - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our system

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends - High school diploma or equivalent
