Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sears Holdings is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our remote team in Wellington, New Zealand. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex cases when necessary 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the client experience 6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in client support or a similar role 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service 3. Strong innovation and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
