Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to join our team at Beca Group. This is a remote work position based in Wellington, New Zealand. As a mid-to-senior level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our contact center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of contact center agents to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals - Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members - Training and mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed - Collaborating with other departments to address customer inquiries and escalations - Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implementing new technologies and processes to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Proven track record of success in a leadership role - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
